Case study · Export
An export catalogue buyers can order from
Samredal sells Indian spices and produce to buyers abroad. The website had to do the job of a sales visit.
The problem
A buyer in Germany or the UAE will never walk into the office. Before a first order they check the supplier online: what exactly is sold, where it comes from, whether the company is registered, and how shipping works. Prices depend on grade, quantity and destination, so a normal shop checkout does not fit.
What we built
A product catalogue. Every product has its own page with its origin, the forms it is sold in and its HS code, the customs code an importer needs. Prices show as "on request" where the client prefers.
A quote cart instead of a checkout. A buyer adds several products, types a quantity in metric tonnes and sends one request. Every enquiry and quote gets its own number, so both sides can refer to it later.
Pages a buyer checks before ordering. How an export runs from enquiry to shipment, packaging and container loading, quality control, an importer FAQ, import requirements by country, and a registrations page with the company's certificates.
An admin panel. The client adds products, edits specifications and reads every enquiry without asking us.

Results
The site is with the client for review before launch, so there are no traffic or enquiry numbers yet. We will add them here once they are measured, not before.
