Should I stop using Swiggy and Zomato?
No. Keep them for new customers. Use your own website for repeat orders, so those orders stop paying 18 to 30 percent commission.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, on the full ordering site, through a payment gateway billed at cost. The one-page site takes the order on WhatsApp, and you collect payment by UPI or cash as you do now.
