What we do with your details
What we collect
What you send us through a form on this site or an ad: your name, the way you chose to be contacted, your website address, and whatever you write. We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, and Meta reports which of its ads produced an enquiry.
What we do with it
Reply to you, and if you asked for an audit, run your website through our crawler and send the report back. We do not sell it, share it with anyone outside the services listed below, or add you to a mailing list.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@foodfeedstudio.com and ask. We will delete your enquiry and any audit we generated for you, and confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Who else handles it
Enquiries are stored with Supabase and reach us through Netlify, which hosts this site. Notifications are sent through Google (Gmail), and GitHub runs the scheduled job that checks nothing was missed. Google Analytics measures traffic. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta holds the form you filled in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are talking and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you left. Then they are deleted. Ask sooner and we will do it sooner.
Where it is
Our database and this website are hosted outside India. If that matters to you, ask before sending anything and we will tell you exactly where.
